Do you offer Free Home Delivery?


WBCADC Nature Bazar operates from its Headquarter at Mrittika Bhabhan, Sector-I, Salt Lake. We are continuouslly trying to upgrade our Delivery Chains to meet our Customer Requirements. For now, we are providing Home Delivery Service as per the Following Tariff Chart: Zone A: Home Delivery at Salt Lake & New Town Area (0-3 km Radius Area from WBCADC) against a Delivery Charge of INR 75/-; Free Home Delivery for any Order above INR 150/- Zone B: Home Delivery at Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation Area excluding Salt Lake & New Town Area, South Dumdum Municipality Area & Dumdum Municipality Area (3-5 km Radius Area from WBCADC) against a Delivery Charge of INR 150/-; Free Home Delivery for any Order above INR 300/- Zone C: Home Delivery at North Dumdum Municipality Area, Baranagar Municipality Area & Northern Parts of Kolkata Municipal Corporation Area up to Shyambazar (5-7 km Radius Area from WBCADC) against a Delivery Charge of INR 250/-; Free Home Delivery for any Order above INR 500/- Zone D: Home Delivery at Central, Western, Eastern & Southern Parts of Kolkata Municipal Corporation Area (7-15 km Radius Area from WBCADC) against a Delivery Charge of INR 375/-; Free Home Delivery for any Order above INR 750/-




Do you provide Same Day Delivery?


No. Same Day Delivery Option is not Available till now. Order has to be placed One Day prior to your Required Delivery Date.




What is the Delivery Time?


Standard Delivery Time is within 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. Daily




How do I contact the Delivery Person?


Contact Number of the Delivery Person will be intimated beforehand; if any changes occurs, that will also be intimated accordingly.




How can I track my Order Online?


Online Tracking is not available yet.





Refund

What is the Refund Policy?


Refund is only possible during the Delivery of the Item, only if the Quality / Quantity of the Package of the Supplied Item is found Non-satisfactory for any Valid Reason. The Item can be returned to the Delivery Boy at the Time of Delivery & a Refund will be done as following:

  • In case of COD Payment, the Item Amount can be deducted from the Total COD Amount Payable of the Generated Bill
  • In case of Prepaid Online Payment, the Item Amount will be refunded into your Nature Bazar Wallet within 72-96 Hrs.




Is any Refund possible after Delivery?


After Delivery, no Refunding is possible & WBCADC will not be liable for any Post-delivery Item Quality / Quantity Issues





Replacement

Is Replacement of any Item possible?


Replacement is only possible, if 1) The Replacement Item Value is more than INR 75/-
2) The Replacement Request has been made within 12 Hours of the Successful Delivery & Receipt
3) The Replacement Request has been made before 50% Consumption of the Item Although, WBCADC will inquire accordingly why any Refund Request was not made during the Delivery of the Item, the Replacement of the Specific Item can be completed within 72-96 Hours of the Replacement Request, if the Inquiry Result comes Satisfactory & Justifiable.
